4. drop off your returnpackage at your local postoffice

Way of packing
We send our goods in enough packing material for the goods not to brake during shipping. If you receive a order with a broken product you will get a refund for the specific broken product. You can notify us by e-mail…. and add a picture of the broken product.

In most countries our shipping partner will make at least two attempts at delivery before sending the parcel as a return to us. In some cases the shipment will even be stored at a service point for up to seven days to allow the customer to pick up the parcel. In this case you will be notified by the applicable shipping company.
